Are all Grand Mercure apartments the same? No, all Grand Mercure
apartments are actually different. While all Grand Mercure properties are part of
the Accor Group, and therefore feature consistently high standards in all areas,
including design, furnishings and available amenities, each property features its
own individual style, layout and décor.
When I make my booking, can I request to stay in the same
apartment I stayed in last time? Yes, you can make this request, and we
will do all we can to accommodate your preference, however there are no guarantees
on the availability of particular apartments, as this is dependent upon room allocations
which are not finalised until the day before your arrival.
How many people can stay in my apartment during my stay? This
depends on the bedding configuration of your particular apartment. Generally, one-bedroom
apartments sleep two people, two-bedroom apartments sleep four people, three-bedroom
apartments sleep six people and four-bedroom apartments sleep eight people. Please
note that this can vary from apartment to apartment and from property to property
so it is best to confirm your apartment's bedding configuration at the time of booking.
Is the quoted rate per night per apartment or per night per person?
The quoted rate is per night per apartment - not per person. This means that if
you book a three-bedroom apartment, the quoted nightly rate is one single price
for a maximum of six people. The rate for this three-bedroom apartment is the same
even if you have fewer than six people in your party.
What are the servicing arrangements for Grand Mercure apartments?
Servicing arrangements vary from property to property but, as a general rule, apartments
are not serviced daily during your stay unless you are staying for only one night
(hence the additional costs for one-night stays) or you have arranged for this ahead
of time (additional costs apply). Generally, a mid-stay clean will be carried out
during stays of seven nights or more.
Will my apartment complex offer 24-hour reception? 24-hour reception
is not available at Grand Mercure properties. As Grand Mercure properties are fully
self-contained, reception facilities are only available during allocated check-in
hours. To arrange for check-in outside of these allocated hours, please contact
the property directly.
